Birthday invite

I will be using this simple ATC (artist trading card) design as a birthday party invite for my daughter Breya's 2nd birthday in May. ATC's are so easy to mass produce. I would like to thank Carrie3118 on Splitcoast for the design! It will save me a lot of thinking. I used Chocolate Chip, Mellow Moss & Very Vanilla cardstock along with Chocolate Chip & Mellow Moss ink. The stamp set used is "Little Pieces" & of course my new "Spiral Punch" that I absoulutely love!!! I tied it all together with a piece of Chocolate grosgrain ribbon. TFL!

Spiral Punch......

This super cute card was made using the new "spiral punch" from Stampin' Up! It's actually a punch that allows you to add extra pages to your journal ~ pretty cool! My inspiration for this card is from a fellow stamper on Splitcoast Stampers but I cannot remember her name. I just changed a little of the color. I used Pretty in Pink, Mellow Moss & Very Vanilla cardstock along with Pretty in Pink & Mellow Moss ribbon. Used the "ticket punch" also Stampin' Up! on the corners of the Very Vanilla then roughed up the edges with my finger nail. I used a little bit of glitter on the flowers from the "polka dots & paisley" stamp set just to get a little *pop* on the card. TFL!

find joy....

Sorry it's been a while since i've posted! I'd like to share this easy easy card with you today. It is the card that I will be doing for my shoebox swap at the NEW (northeast wisconsin) 2nd Annual Stampfest at the end of April. I used the "polka dots & paisley set" along with the coordinating "petals" jumbo wheel. I just love wheels but do not use them enough. I also used a flower stamp from the set "polka dots & petals" as the background stamp on the Bravo Burgundy cardstock. I have 50 ladies to cut this card for and cannot wait for the stampfest! I will definately post some of the cards I make there. TFL!

bleach......who knew?

This is a cool technique that I would like to share with those of you who do not know about it! You will be using just regular household bleach~I use Clorox~ a shallow plastic dish and 2 or 3 paper towels. You will fold & place the paper towel at the bottom of the plastic container~pour just enough bleach in to get the paper towel wet~take your stamp and dab it into the bleach and stamp onto your dark colored paper. Magic will happen before your eyes! You can make awesome background images this way as I did or just single images. Plus the bleach cleans your stamps! Now go & try it out for yourself & I would love to see what you've created! TFL!

Just a note holder....

This is a cute little note holder that I made at my team meeting today. It's made out a 6x12 piece of designer series paper from SU!s Spring Mini Catalog. The paper is called Au Chocolat. The pen is a RSVP pen that you can purchase at any office store. You can then take a piece of designer paper, roll it up to fit in the barrel of the pen and you have an instant customized pen! How cool is that! Enjoy and TFL!
